This past weekend we celebrated Baby Paige’s First Birthday. Her parents (Laura and Grant) are from Hawaii, were married in Hawaii, and love Hawaii- so it was pretty easy to choose a theme for the party…PINEAPPLES!
Luckily, pineapples are everywhere so choosing a color palette and thinking about decorations were super easy- Laura chose yellow and white. She knew flowers were a ‘must’ and we saw the cutest idea by using pineapples as a vase! So clever right?! Our friend Jennifer cored them in less than ten minutes and then used the fruit to create fruit cups for the kids. Then Grant designed adorable placemats with cute sayings on each one and a “happy birthday” print too! We used those to decorate the tables and some were framed to greet guests as they walked in.
Last but not least, the PHOTO BOOTH area! The cutest DIY were these pineapple lanterns that Laura created out of crepe paper! It added such a great prop to the photo booth area and was a huge success! Take a look below!
Happy 1st Birthday Baby Paige!! WE LOVE YOU!
