Every morning I’ve been eating a bowl of greek yogurt for breakfast. This is possibly the tastiest breakfast (or snack) that my friend Jennifer has shown me and it’s super easy to make too! Hope you enjoy!
1/2 c of plain OR vanilla greek yogurt (Trader Joe’s is my fav!)
Pinch of Chia Seeds
Handful of almonds
Top it off with a drizzle of honey
Just mix everything together and there you have it.
If I’m at work, I usually pack one in a mason jar and eat it for lunch too…it’s so addicting!
