Anthropologie DIY Event!

Over the past couple of months, I’ve really been into taking some DIY classes hosted by some of my favorite people!  This month was a free Anthropologie class at the Americana hosted by the one and only balloonist…AKA Geronimo Trooper…AKA Jihan Zencirli. The event had treats, champagne, a DJ (and of course), an endless amount of

Stick to the Basics

My closet during the weekdays usually consists of stripes, polka dots, and lots of mix matching and colors.  But for the weekends, I usually like to keep it simple and wear my ‘go-to’ comfy clothes- like a basic tee, pair of jeans, sunglasses, and topped off with a bun! I just purchased these Vince sandals

Shopping Haul

I’ve been on a shopping spree these past two weeks and found the cutest accessories at Forever 21!  OMG, and of course, right at the checkout when I can’t hold anything else in my hands- I see neon stripes, polka dots, and a PINEAPPLE umbrella!  I couldn’t decide which one I wanted so I took them

The Cream Event!!!

Uhhh-mazing!!! I don’t know how The Cream Event possibly can outdo itself…but this year was insanely out of this world!!!  Seriously, I’m never disappointed and with an “all white or cream” theme, The Book Bindery in Culver City was the perfect venue to make magic happen. Feeling LUCKY??

With St Patrick’s Day around the corner, I’ve been craving a Shamrock Shake from McDonald’s but never ordered one because the calories always scared me away!  But after browsing Pinterest, I found a recipe that seemed healthy with ingredients that I liked and had in my fridge and freezer already =)  If you’re craving something

All That Glitters is Gold

I’m always drawn to anything that’s gold- whether it is gold accessories, gold (and shiny) slippers, jackets, blouses…I’ll take it! I found this foil gold jacket at H&M last year and decided to pair it with a soft gray Joie floral blouse and some burgundy pants from Jcrew.  The weather in LA has been freezing

Spring is Here!

Joie makes the prettiest silk pieces and when I can find a great deal- I do not hesitate to click “add to my cart.”  I decided to pair these two colors together because Spring is just around the corner and the greens and pinks are starting to bloom everywhere.  This outfit would be great for

Food Run!

Living in LA is great! There’s never a dull moment of new places to eat, shop, and explore.  Right when I think I’ve found them all…another spot opens up. Good Girl Dinette has been around for awhile now, but since I didn’t think about getting Vietnamese food in Highland Park, I never knew this place existed.

Cherry Blossoms

My one dream is to be able to visit Japan during Cherry Blossom season! I heard it’s just beautiful and in Downtown LA there are snippets of pink trees around our block that contrast the blue skies and look amazing.  I went down the street a couple of times to get some shots of my
