I’m still enjoying my summer break for a couple more weeks, so my friend Kristy suggested that we go and check out the Brentwood Country Mart for shopping and brunch! I really don’t travel to Brentwood that often so this was a new adventure for me and I really wanted to see my favorite letter press store in person- Sugar Paper!!
First we started our brunch at a place called Farmshop. We shared some breakfast potatoes with a yummy tomato ketchup and aioli sauce on the side and we had a tuna salad sandwich with fresh egg on top. Everything was very tasty and super fresh!
After our brunch, I stopped into Intermix and to my surprise they were having their super summer sale (with an extra 60% off their sale prices) so I wanted to check their sale rack to see if there was anything left. Of course, they had more than a couple of super cute pieces that I tried on and just had to get! I’m loving crop tops right now and my inspiration has been Chrissy Teigen!! I’ve been loving everything she’s been wearing so I tried on this crop top and paired it with black and white shorts. OF COURSE, I fell in love with the outfit and purchased this Bailey leather top bralet in white (for only $50) and paired it with some flowy silky shorts by Intermix ($70) which gave a good balance because my bralet shows a lot of skin!!
Finally, we made our way to the Sugar Paper store and it was as cute as I imagined! I saw soooo many cards, journals, pens, wrapping paper, stationary, and ribbons that I wanted to buy!!! But I was good, and only purchased one card that was a 3D pop up card BUT I still have my eyes set on these journals and thank you cards that I’m so tempted to go back and buy!!! I even snapped a couple of pictures of the cards that I want =)
I love the Brentwood Country Mart and can’t wait to go back again!
