One of my goals for the new year was to be more consistent and to try to be ahead of any new project coming up surrounding a holiday. So far so good! I’ve seen so many cute ideas on Pinterest around Valentine’s Day and some look pretty intimidating to try. I thought the DIY white chocolate dipped pretzels I made this week was pretty easy…SO to continue with my DIY fun with white chocolate, here’s a super easy treat to make and munch on while watching TV or reading a good book!
I didn’t have to bake anything- the microwave was my best friend! Just melt white chocolate, pour and mix it to the popcorn batch, and then put any candies to add some color and fun. I found cute conversation hearts in just red, pink, and white at the market and mixed in my rainbow sprinkles. This literally took me 5 minutes:
-Melt white chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute
-Pop some popcorn
-Add some white chocolate to the popcorn and mix in any sweets you’d like
Voila! You’re done and now you have something sweet and salty to enjoy that you can also make for any party, gathering, or just to enjoy at home!
